Terms of sale

During the beta, Prestaday is free and no payment method is asked for the subscription. The clauses below will apply when paid plans open. Reading them is not acceptance: acceptance is recorded at payment.

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of subscriptions to Prestaday by [à compléter : entityName] to professionals. They complement the terms of use.

2. Plans and prices

Plans and prices are those shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices are exclusive of tax. VAT is the rate in force on the invoice date.

3. Subscription and term

The subscription is taken out online, for the chosen period, and renews until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. Payment

Payment is by card through our payment provider. An invoice is issued each period. If a payment fails, access may be limited after notice: the organization becomes read-only, and links meant for your clients — portal, quote, signature — stay up, so your clients are not the ones who suffer the incident.

5. Withdrawal

The service is for professionals acting in the course of their business, so the consumer withdrawal right does not apply.

6. Data and reversibility

Your data stays yours. Export is available at any time from the application, including after cancellation and for a reasonable period before final deletion.

7. Warranties and liability

8. Governing law

French law. The courts of the publisher's registered office have jurisdiction.
